Each Cocoraille piece goes through:
Inspiration (hand) sketch → technical sketch → pattern → toile (prototype) → first sample → fit session → revised pattern → revised fit session → final sample. - Each Cocoraille swimsuit passes through up to 6 stages of refinement before it’s approved for production.
- We choose to use European and South American fabric that is chlorine, saltwater and sun resistant, with high recovery so it returns to shape after every swim.
- We custom make and select hardware in gold tone finishes designed not to overhead in the sun and tested to resist tarnishing. Our hardware is also tested for nickel allergies.
From first sketch to final stitch, each design is touched by 5 pairs of hands.
